Packer – Production Kitchen

Hours: 39hours

Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm

Packing orders in preparation for it to be shipped to our stores / customers

Labelling dishes as per company requirements

Stock rotation duties

Ensuring the company’s food hygiene practices are observed in all elements

Complying with all HACCP requirements and standards

Working in a safe manner at all times.

Reporting equipment failures and maintenance requirements to the Manager.

You need to demonstrate the following:

· A keen interest in developing a career within the industry.

· A good knowledge of HACCP

· Ability to organize and prioritise work.

· A positive and enthusiastic outlook for work

· Possess high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.

· Experience of working in a team (essential).

· Minimum C Grade in GCSE Maths / English (or equivalent)Wes / English (or equivalent)We require a packer for our busy Gourmet Kitchen.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
